I'm still around. Busier than I'd like, but I still check in when I can.

Still around. Won't be on once finals start up but I should be free most of December.

I'm still around. Sorry I haven't been around; had a bit of a crazy week or so with school and then had a death in the family. Everything should be more normal now and I'll be around. Just not sure really what to talk about.

I'm still around but don't have my computer at the moment so I'm less inclined to make up my own posts, but I'm checking in.

I found it depressing too. I've been settling into my dorm as well but still check in most days (this weekend being the exception). I simply haven't seen much that I felt would be something I could post about, and the thread going about projects for all of us died rather quickly.

Yeah sorry, I wasn't on between the posts. I recognized the phrase, though.

Yeah so not quite the way you say it. But, hey, that's what a language program would be for.
(Pst. Orar. You interested?  ;) )

Ha, me and my brother have tried to learn it together but we come up with completely different ways of pronouncing words.
I've got some ideas as to how to divide the words up - I actually spent a while going through and putting them into categories (including a section for phrases). I have a thing for Microsoft Excel, so it's in a spreadsheet.
As for the programing, if nothing else, I'm sure we can find some kind of free website to do it on. I made flashcards for myself online at one point but was never able to do much with them because I still couldn't figure out how to pronounce words.

One thing I know I'm interested in is working on developing stuff to learn Mando'a better. For example: I suck at phonetics and can never figure out how to pronounce the words. It'd be cool if we were able to work together and develop some sort of program to learn the language (plus, then, we'd all be pronouncing things the same way, more or less).

Su'cuy gar, welcome to the board! Hopefully the activity will pick up more (though at least there does seem to be some going on). Anything specific you're interested getting involved in?

I want to be more active on here but I don't know what to try and get involved with. I check the board regularly but rarely see any new posts. Is there anyone working on a project (or who wants to start one) that I could be involved in? Send me a message or reply on here, I suppose.

Are we still checking in here?

I'm still around.  I haven't been on as much recently due to being pretty busy, but I try to check in every now and then. Mostly, I haven't seen a lot of activity so I haven't worried about checking in as much. If it picks back up, I'll be around more often.
